Winter Flying Meets Mountain Adventure: Jay Peak Fly-Out
Winter flying doesn’t have to mean shorter trips or staying close to home. In fact, it can open the door to some of the most rewarding aviation experiences of the year—especially when you’re flying with a supportive community and a well-planned destination.
This February, Performance Flight is heading north for an optional overnight fly-out to Jay Peak, Vermont, combining winter operations, premium accommodations, and family-friendly fun in one unforgettable adventure.
The Destination: Jay Peak, Vermont
Our fly-out destination is Northeast Kingdom International Airport (KEFK), a well-equipped airport set against Vermont’s dramatic winter landscape. From KEFK, we’ll provide ground transportation directly to Jay Peak Resort, allowing pilots and guests to relax and enjoy the experience on the mountain.
Jay Peak is known for its mountain atmosphere, welcoming hospitality, and amenities that make it ideal for both pilots and non-flying guests—especially in winter.
